What we do
A warehouse of real claw machines with cameras, operated live over the internet. Players queue, take control of an actual machine, see the live feed from two angles, and if they win the prize is picked, packed and shipped to them. Every play is recorded and shareable. Win rates and payout ratios are published per machine, which is the honesty that separates this from gacha, and prizes are genuine licensed merchandise with the shipping cost included in the credit price.
Who we built it for
Mobile gamers and collectors aged 16 to 34, particularly anime, plush and trading-card collectors who already spend on blind boxes and gacha. Strongest in markets where physical arcades are scarce.
The problem
Collectors want specific plush and figure merchandise and buy it either at inflated resale prices or through blind-box gambling with no skill and no control.
Arcade claw play is genuinely fun but requires a physical arcade, and most people no longer have one nearby.
The skill and the anticipation are the product, and neither is available at home.
